How To Return Products for Service
(RMA: Return Material Authorization)

1. Please contact our Customer Support Dept. at 408.980.9813 or [email us] for any technical questions. Download the RMA form.

2. Fill the RMA form out completely, then fax or email it to Customer Support prior to shipment to 408.980.8626.

3. Once the request is received, a Customer Support Representative will contact you with an RMA number via email or fax.

4. Once you receive your RMA number please safely pack using the original or equivalent packing material, write RMA number on the top left hand corner on your boxes, and ship the products prepaid and fully insured to the following address:

Please include a copy of the RMA Form or RMA information in the box(es) with the returned products.

Please do not send any units without an RMA number on it. Any such shipments will be refused.
